Karen Taylor joined the firm as Office Manager in May 2012 after a career that includes corporate purchasing, project management, and small business management. Karen has become AAC’s newest recruiter. With her MBA and small business acumen, she has helped Austin Allen increase its internet advertising presence. Karen’s business savvy and marketing skills has helped drive our recruiting business to new levels of success.
Her extensive knowledge of the manufacturing process from design to shipment makes Karen a dynamic recruiter that meets her client’s needs for successful candidates. Her small business experience helps her bring customer service focus, high energy with personable professionalism to the table.
